CT-C熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱
瀏覽器自帶分享功能也很好用哦~貝奇牌熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱的空氣循環(huán)系統(tǒng)采用風(fēng)機(jī)循環(huán)送風(fēng)方式，風(fēng)循環(huán)均勻高效。風(fēng)源由循環(huán)送風(fēng)電機(jī)帶動風(fēng)輪經(jīng)由加熱器，而將熱風(fēng)送出，再經(jīng)由風(fēng)道至烘箱內(nèi)室，再將使用后的空氣吸入風(fēng)道成為風(fēng)源再度循環(huán)，加熱使用。確保室內(nèi)溫度均勻性。當(dāng)因開關(guān)門動作引起溫度值發(fā)生擺動時，送風(fēng)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)迅速恢復(fù)操作狀態(tài)，直至達(dá)到設(shè)定溫度值。

◎加熱熱源有蒸氣、電、遠(yuǎn)紅外、電蒸氣兩用，供用戶選擇。
◎使用溫度：蒸氣加熱 50-140℃, 較高 150℃。
◎用電、遠(yuǎn)紅外溫度 50-500℃。
◎備有自控系統(tǒng)和電腦控制系統(tǒng)供用戶選擇。
◎常用蒸汽壓力 0.02-0.8Mpa（0.2-8kg/cm2 )。
◎配用電加熱，按 I 型計算 15KW，實用 5-8kw/h。
◎特殊要求在訂貨時說明。
◎非標(biāo)烘箱價格面議。
◎使用溫度大于 140℃或小于 60℃, 要在訂貨時注明。
◎本廠出廠烘車，烘盤尺寸統(tǒng)一，可以互換。
◎烘盤尺寸：460*640*45（ mm）
◎The heat source can be steam, electricity, far infrared, or steam+electricity. Customer can select one of the heating ways in accordance with practical conditions.
◎Temperature of operation:50-140℃ for steam, Maximum temperature will be 150℃.
◎50-500℃ for electricity or far infrared.
◎There are automatic and computer control systems for customer selection.
◎The normal pressure of steam will be 0.02-0.8Mpa(0.2-8kg/cm2)
◎The equipped power of electric heater will be 15kw Calculated with Model I and the operational power to be used will be 5-8kw/hr.
◎For special requirement, please indicate it in order.
◎The price of non-standard oven shall be discussed additionally.
◎If the operation temperature is more than 140℃ or lessthan 60℃, please indicate it in order.
◎The size of drying trolly and tray is standardized. They can be exchanged each other.
◎The size of drying tray:460*640*45(mm)

It is suitable for heating and solidification, drying and dehydration of raw materials in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, heavy industry and so on. The raw materials can be medicine of raw materials, Chinese traditional medicine, tablet of drink, immersed electuary, powder, granule, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dehydration vegetable, dried fruit and melons, banger, plastic resin, electric elements, drying varnish and so on.
